Wilmington pet photographer Bre Burge launched the Seen & Saved initiative to help local rescue pets get noticed and adopted through photography. With 252 pets already photographed and 191 adoptions so far, Bre’s goal is to reach 300 pets and 225 adoptions by the end of the year.
