Meet Bear

Bear reminded me so much of my own girl Isla—calm, stoic, and always ready to pose for a treat. His photo caught the eye of someone in New York, and thanks to Long Road Home’s pilot partners, he was flown up to meet his new family.

They quickly reached out with updates and are absolutely obsessed with him. Bear has become a neighborhood favorite—greeted with treats at the corner bar and known as a “Total Jackpot Dog.” His family says he’s never had a bad day, and thanks to him, they finally feel connected to their community.
